Which payment methods do you accept?
We take payments via Stripe or Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by this method
How do I use promotion codes ?
Please add your promotion or gift voucher code to the box at checkout. Check that your code is still valid
How long will it take for my order to be sent ?
I will dispatch your item within 3 working days (not including bank holidays and weekends) delivery after that is dependant on Royal Mail and the postal service you have chosen
How is my order packaged?
I do not believe in over packaging our jewellery and items are usually sent out wrapped in either tissue paper, cardboard sleeve or velvet bag (according to size) including our branding. I use recycling where possible for the outer packaging. It may be possible to provide a gift box, contact me to see if this is possible.
What if my item isn't as expected eg it doesn’t suit or fit me?
You can return your item but contact us first and ensure you send it back by signed for delivery. Please refer to our returns policy
What if my item is faulty?
We hope that you will never find this to be the case. Please contact us in the first instance and send us a photograph of the damage and follow the returns policy
How do I know if the jewellery is the right length for me?

Do you ship internationally?
We deliver to the UK (we may deliver to other countries but would need you to contact us to arrange) and your postage will be shown at checkout. We send all items tracked
