We endeavour to keep the information on this website up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
We try to show the colour of the jewellery as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that colours in our images will look the same on different browsers and computer monitors.
Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Bedecked Beads. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
Making a purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier simply click on add to basket of the item you wish to buy. This will then take you through to the Paypal shopping cart. You can choose to continue shopping if you wish to buy another item or proceed to checkout.
Once you proceed to checkout you will be asked to enter your Paypal details if you have an account or you can enter your credit card details if you do not have an account. (We do not see your financial details at any point).
Paypal will then send you an email to confirm the transaction.
You will receive a confirmation email from us confirming acceptance of your order within 24hrs.
We currently use Paypal to process orders so you may use your Paypal account to pay for your order or alternatively if you do not have a Paypal account you may use your credit card.

We will accept orders using personal cheque but please be aware, that we will have to wait for cheque clearance (up to 2 weeks) before your order is dispatched. Cheques made payable to V Anderson and sent to Bedecked Beads
By placing an order online you are making an offer to purchase goods which if accepted by us will result in a binding contract. A confirmation email from us confirms that the contract is formed.
Bespoke and Custom Orders-Bedecked Beads offer and exclusive service for bespoke jewellery. A quotation will be given before commencing the work and the customer will be updated as to the progress of the design. Bedecked Beads will ask for a non refundable deposit, followed by the balance before the items are posted. The customer will be provided with a photograph of the completed item before the balance is requested.
Delivery within the UK is free over £80.00.
In addition to the cost of the goods, postal charges are as follows NB Any order over £20.00 is sent by recorded delivery within the UK
Royal Mail postage costs 1st class £3.20, 2nd class £2.75 and Recorded (signed for) from £3.80
Europe standard and international signed for options given at checkout, from £3.80
For all other countries we ship to standard or Airsure options are offered at checkout, from £4.50
Special Delivery is not offered as standard due to work commitments but please contact us (email@example.com) as it is sometimes possible. Charge for special delivery within the UK is from £7.25 and the difference in postage would be required in full before dispatch.
Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 4 working days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch items within 5 working days you will be contacted.
Returns / Refunds
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Bedecked Beads. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
You may cancel your order at anytime before confirmation of sale is received. This must be done in writing by email or letter to the contact details below.If you have changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision, by email or recorded delivery mail within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us with original packaging. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 7 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. A refund will be made to your account for the original cost of the goods only, no postage refunds.

Bedecked Beads does not offer a returns policy on bespoke jewellery.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 48 hours after receipt to inform us. You must contact us either by email (email@example.com) or in writing to V Anderson, 12 Kirkhill Terrace,Broxburn, West Lothian EH52 6JG. Please provide us with full description of the goods, the fault, your name and address and contact details (photographic evidence may also be required) Once we have acknowledged your correspondence regarding the fault, items should be returned immediately with their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. We will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs within 30 days. However, if a returned item is found to be damaged by mistreatment or to be damaged through normal wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. Proof of posting will be required.
If a fault develops after 60 days, we may offer a repair or replacement as long as the item has not been damaged by mistreatment or normal wear and tear.
Any complaint should in the first instance be made to us by email.
We will log and acknowledge the complaint within 3 working days.
We will undertake an investigation into the complaint. We may need to contact you for further details at this time.
We would seek to complete, and report, on our investigation within 12 working days from the acknowledgement being issued.
Out of stock items Whilst every effort is made to ensure items are updated on screen to show they are out of stock this may not always occur. If you order an item which is out of stock we will email you to see if you wish to cancel your order or choose an alternative product.
Caring for your jewellery
Care for silver plated jewellery as you would your silver jewellery. Protect it from perfumes, hairsprays and other cosmetics as these can erode the plating. Store it in an airtight box or bag out of direct sunlight wrapped in acid free tissue paper to protect from tarnish and handle and wear with care.Remove tarnish from plated items with a polishing cloth but reduce the amount of polish used as over exposure can remove the silver or gold plating.
Unlike sterling silver or gold, plated jewellery will eventually wear quicker and easier. Proper cleaning, maintenance, and storage are critical for extending its life usage.
As jewellery contains small parts these present a choking hazard and a risk of fatal injury. We recommend close adult supervision of any child wearing jewellery.
We do not accept orders for under £6.00 (excluding postage) We reserve the right to refuse any order.
