We try to show the colour of the jewellery as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that colours in our images will look the same on different browsers and computer monitors.

Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Bedecked Beads. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

Making a purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier simply click on add to basket of the item you wish to buy. This will then take you through to the Paypal shopping cart. You can choose to continue shopping if you wish to buy another item or proceed to checkout.

Once you proceed to checkout you will be asked to enter your Paypal details if you have an account or you can enter your credit card details if you do not have an account. (We do not see your financial details at any point).

Paypal will then send you an email to confirm the transaction.

You will receive a confirmation email from us confirming acceptance of your order within 24hrs.

Payment methods
We currently use Paypal to process orders so you may use your Paypal account to pay for your order or alternatively if you do not have a Paypal account you may use your credit card.

We will accept orders using personal cheque but please be aware, that we will have to wait for cheque clearance (up to 2 weeks) before your order is dispatched. Cheques made payable to V Anderson and sent to Bedecked Beads, 12 Kirkhill Terrace,Broxburn EH52 6JG

Orders
By placing an order online you are making an offer to purchase goods which if accepted by us will result in a binding contract. A confirmation email from us confirms that the contract is formed.

We do not accept orders for under £5.00 (excluding postage)

Postage
Delivery is free over £40.00.

9th January 2010 New postage costs 1st class £2.00, 2nd class £1.50 and Recorded (signed for) is £3.50

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch items within 5 working days you will be contacted.

Returns/Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, it may be returned to us within 30 days after receipt of the goods requesting a credit note or an alternative item of the same value. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting receipt and to insure the items with the Royal Mail. Once we have received your goods in their original condition we will process your refund or send out an alternative item.
Items delivered broken or faulty must be returned to us within 7 days in their original packaging. It is advisable to contact Bedecked Beads immediately by e-mail advising us of the problem. In the event of a suitable replacement product not being available a full refund will be offered. Items will not be credited or replaced if Bedecked Beads considers the item to have been damaged through mistreatment.

Bedecked Beads does not offer a returns policy on earrings, unless delivered faulty, due to hygiene reasons.

Postage costs are non refundable

Complaints
Any complaint should in the first instance be made to us

We will log and acknowledge the complaint within 3 working days.

We will undertake an investigation into the complaint. We may need to contact your for further details at this time.

We would seek to complete, and report, on our investigation within 12 working days from the acknowledgement being issued.
Out of stock items
Whilst every effort is made to ensure items are updated on screen to show they are out of stock this may not always occur. If you order an item which is out of stock we will email you to see if you wish to cancel your order or choose an alternative product.

Privacy Policy
As we use Paypal we do not see any of your financial data once a purchase is made. The information we do collect includes name, address, telephone number and email address which we do not disclose to any third parties.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Warning

As jewellery contains small parts these present a choking hazard and a risk of fatal injury. We recommend close adult supervision of any child wearing jewellery.
