I bought the Steam Punk Watch Movement Cufflinks in rose gold for my boyfriend for his birthday. Val was so helpful right from the start, offering to refund them if I wasn't sure of the colour when they arrived. She needn't have worried, I loved them, my boyfriend loves them and my friend now wants to buy them for her husband! Very well made and quick despatch too.

I’ve just received my order - a pair of vintage watch cufflinks and just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service.

I'd made a mistake with my first order and the customer support I received was excellent. Also the speediness of the delivery and the quality of the cufflinks was better than I'd hoped - I can't wait to give them my dad for Christmas.

Valerie delivered very very good service. I needed the rotary cufflinks delivering next day for a last minute prezzy for my watch obsessed partner. I don't want to sound over enthusiastic... But it's difficult when the quality of the items are great and the level of customer service is fantastic!

I found myself having to return an item so I could exchange for another product. The communication received from Val (the lovely lady behind BedeckedBeads) was excellent... I even received a refund on the return postage.

You get unique, high quality items, handmade in the UK at a very reasonable price... The friendly, informative and timely communication is a bonus and a credit to BedeckedBeads.

You simply do not get quality or service like this from high street chain stores.

I know I sound like a salesman from a television shopping channel, but I genuinely (HONESTLY!) cannot recommend BedeckedBeads enough! :-)

I found Valerie and her wonderful jewellery through her Facebook page, and ordered a necklace and 2 pairs of earrings. They arrived well packaged and decoratively wrapped and I am extremely impressed with her workmanship. Since then, I asked Valerie to make me a pendant similar to a brooch she had produced previously, and it was no bother to her at all - her communication was great and she was fab to deal with. The jewellery is of a very high standard, and I feel that Valerie definitely has a good eye for colour and what works together in terms of textures and sizes of beads. I'm a fan and look forward to seeing what Valerie manages to come up with next :)
